The complexity of solidarity

In an article published on the Estadão website, on December 12, Carola Matarazzo, executive director of Movimento Bem Maior, and Marina Pechlivanis, founding partner of Umbigo do Mundo , talk about the challenges of a complex social transformation and the need to realign relationships and intentions so that the impacts generated are, in fact, notable and permanent in the lives of millions of Brazilians.

“We need to include collaborative and constructive gestures such as kindness, generosity, solidarity, sustainability, diversity, respect and citizenship in our attitudes. We need interconnected strategies that are well-founded, yet uncomplicated and practical, to facilitate understanding, sharing and implementation. And that they are also legitimized, tested and measurable, to guarantee their expansion”.
