The project's overall objective is to create a Network of Articulation with existing waste picker associations in the Seridó region, specifically in the municipalities of Caicó, Parelhas, Santana do Seridó, and Santana do Matos, and with informal waste picker groups that are in the process of organizing in São José do Seridó, Jardim de Piranhas, Jucurutu, and Carnaúba dos Dantas.
