FDC contributes to the sustainable development of society through the education, training, and development of managers, executives, and entrepreneurs from public, private, and third-sector organizations. Within the social education sector, there is the supported initiative – Pra Frente Play – which promotes grassroots entrepreneurship through technical training in management and entrepreneurial behavior for low-income individuals and the encouragement of local businesses.
