This is a vocational training course project covering Customer Service & Negotiation, Computer Skills, and basic Citizenship. It aims to empower 25 teenagers aged 14 to 17 from low-income families and facing various vulnerabilities in the Bolívia neighborhood, considered the most violent in the city. The classes will provide professional training with the support of study modules, technical visits to companies, and internships in local businesses, giving them the opportunity to obtain their first job.
