The Project aims to provide integrated and multidisciplinary care to the target audience of women, including low-income adolescents, those with substance abuse problems, sex workers, and those experiencing homelessness, including the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS and other STIs. The objective is to prioritize serving women who, due to their social condition and/or stigmatized (possibly illegal) behavior, are excluded from effective coverage by Public Institutions.
