RECODE is a civil society organization that promotes digital empowerment
. The supported program – Recode Libraries – is a national program to stimulate the social and digital transformation of communities through the leadership of libraries and
young people. To this end, it offers support through a training course for the
development of new programming in libraries, in line with
local demands, using innovation and technology as allies.
