We offer financial support to meet your organization's needs and a comprehensive training and mentoring program tailored to your institutional stage. How it works - The program is divided into two years:

Year 1
  • Unrestricted funds of R$30,000

  • 4 months of training modules in management

  • Training by Phomenta

  • Institutional development plan

  • Integration into the FBM Community

Year 2
  • Funding of R$70,000 for institutional development

  • Implementation of the institutional project

  • Advisory services of the Phi Institute

  • Access to the Phi Institute's management platform

  • Support in managing activities

Over four editions of the program, we have strengthened 127 social collectives and organizations and mobilized R$ 14.33 million in philanthropic resources to support initiatives in areas such as education, income generation, culture, health, and human rights. Now, in the 5th edition, we will boost the development and strengthen the management of 45 more organizations and collectives. You could be one of them!
