About the project

The National Pact to Combat Inequalities is an alliance of civil society organizations and networks, associations of mayors, trade unions and parliamentarians who decided to join forces so that the fight against inequalities is truly at the top of their action priorities and political agenda. of the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary, at the municipal, state and federal levels. The Pact provides for coordination strategies with parliamentarians, the federal Executive, city halls, companies, organizations and unions to carry out joint initiatives to combat inequalities. Furthermore, it has an Observatory of Brazilian Inequalities, whose objective is to monitor the behavior of reference indicators on inequalities in Brazil, and thus provide input for civil society and for governments, parliamentarians and public managers so that they can improve public policies for promoting equity.
