Neps throughout its history has sought to leverage the education process aimed at training rural and urban leaders, with the main focus on women who over time have been deprived of public policies aimed at their development initiatives. local. During this time, we have developed actions to provide access to water in rural communities, both for human consumption and for the production of healthy foods. Through water management, a significant increase in healthy food for families has been made possible, as well as the generation of income through agroecological fairs and socially responsible marketing. we implement productive backyards, we produce knowledge through training on different topics such as: water, climate, biomes, popular cultures, food security, popular communication. but as a goal we seek participation in forums and networks on different fronts in coexistence with the semi-arid region.
